We are pleased to offer weekly group activities centred around reminiscence. We aim to create a supportive and enriching space where people can share their personal stories and memories from the past, fostering a sense of community and emotional well-being.
Tuesday: Reminiscence drop in group
No need to book, just drop in for a slideshow a chat, and tell us your stories about growing up, school days, work, leisure...
Fuelled by tea, coffee and biscuits.

Thursday morning activity & reminiscence group
The Thursday morning group meets every Thursday at 11.00 in the Wee Museum of Memory. We have a varied programme that includes being creative with crafting and recycling (we’ve made Christmas night lights out of jam jars, gift boxes, cards, decorated old tea pots), singing, exercising, language and customs, at the same time as blethering and reminiscing. We share our own experiences and skills, learning about and from each other, but also participate in sessions led by other artists and musicians.
Free. Open to all, no need to book. Tea, coffee, and excellent biscuits.
