Delivery
We aim to pack your order within 2-4 working days after receiving your payment. We will notify you via email with your tracking number when your order is on its way. All orders are sent using Royal Mail.

Import taxes and custom
All international and EU orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. These are NOT included at the checkout. As the ‘importer’ you are responsible for paying any charges that may be incurred.
Returns policy
Please contact us if you are looking to return your order. We will accept a return or exchange up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. The jigsaw must be returned unopened in its original plastic wrap packaging.
The cost of returning your order is your responsibility. We cannot issue a refund if we do not receive back the item, so a tracked service is highly recommended. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged order
If your order arrived damaged, you must notify us of any problems within 14 days of receipt of your order.
We will exchange or refund your order as long as it is returned in its original packaging within 30 days of your notification.
You will need to pay for the return postage (unless otherwise agreed). We cannot issue a refund if we do not receive back the item, so a tracked service is highly recommended.
