- Welcome & Introduction: Enjoy a cuppa as we chat about podcasting and what makes a great episode.
- Recording Basics: Try out handheld recorders and capture a short interview in the Wee Museum.
- Choosing a Theme Tune Explore Freesound, a free site for music and sound effects, and pick a tune for your podcast.
- Voiceovers: Record your intro and outro in our Wee Museum studio.
- Editing on Audacity: Learn the basics of audio editing as we put the podcast together.
- Bringing It All Together: Mix in your theme tune, interview, and voiceovers to create the final piece.
- Final Touches: Compress your podcast into an MP3, ready for sharing.
- Uploading & Sharing: Learn how to get your podcast online and share it through social media.
- Ongoing Support: Need help with future episodes? We’re here to offer advice, and you can use our studio.
