Local legends: Edinburgh memories of World War 2

In September 1939, Britain declared war on Germany. WWII had begun. The local people of Edinburgh soon felt the effects of war on the home front. In Local Legends, they describe their experiences of the blitz, evacuation, rationing and women's work.
